
Ntinos Manos was born in Serres in 1990. He started playing the cello at the age of 9 and then studied electric bass with Kostas Domenikiotis and Yiotis Kiourtsoglou.
In 2007 he started studying at the Department of Music studies of the Ionian University. In 2016 he completed his MA and in 2015 he had his classical double bass diploma with distinction, studying with Anastasios Kazaglis.
He has collaborated with artsists such as Ralph Peterson Jr., David Kikoski, Kevin Mahogany, Sheila Jordan, Tivon Penicott and J.D. Walter and has played in many greek jazz recordings. He is a founding member of the Next Step Quartet.
His first personal album “After the storm”, featuring Stavros Lantsias, David Lynch and Billy Pod was released in 2018.
Since 2020 he is a member of the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra.
